Sierra Sunrise Near Piute Pass
This unnamed lake in between Piute Pass and Upper Golden Trout Lake had a magnificent pre-dawn view of the Eastern Sierras.

While I was shooting this shot I had a short-tailed weasel come up and and start chirping at me.

Darwin's Table Sunset
We were peppered with rain off and on all afternoon as the remnants of a summer storm broke up over the eastern part of Sierras at Darwin's Table on our last night before returning home.

I was hoping these clouds would turn into lenticular clouds but no such luck, it was still a spectacular light show at sunset.

Mt. Darwin Panoramic
Climbing up to Lamarck Col around 13,000 feet up we were treated with this wonderful view of Mt. Darwin and Mt. Mendel. This was the highest point of our Evolution Valley trek.
